The scope of work will include, but not limited to, installation of curb and gutter on both sides of Commerce Road; install center raised medians with turn lanes and landscaping; improve both connector roads (Deepwater Terminal Connector and Bells Road Connector) under I-95 to provide three traffic lanes, curb and gutter and improve drainage while maintaining or increasing vertical clearance; improve entrances to businesses; install sidewalks; add a bike lane to connect to the City's Bike Route; construct a utility bridge downstream of the existing vehicle bridge; and replace the existing vehicle bridge with a new vehicle bridge CSXT will upgrade the railroad crossing on Commerce Road Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount set forth in item 14 of this Bid Form. Should the bidder so elect, said check will be returned to the undersigned upon delivery of a satisfactory bond.
