Question Deadline 03/01/2023 at 11:00 AM ET Carroll Daniel Construction Company (CDCC or Construction Manager or CM) invites qualified bidders to submit lump sum bids for bid packages associated with the Hall County School District Farm Meat Processing Facility project located at 4439 Cleveland Highway, Gainesville, Georgia 30506. The scope of this project includes a new one-story educational meat processing facility and associated sitework. Bids must be submitted on the Construction Managers Proposal Form along with Bid Bond if required. Bids must be submitted per the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders, Requirements for All Bid Packages, and the appropriate Bid Package Scope of Work.
