Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Terre Haute, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Work Order #1 - Miscellaneous Repair to Curb, Curb & Gutter, Handicap Ramps & Other Concrete Flatwork All bids must be submitted on the prescribed State Board of Accounts Bid Form No 96, which includes the completed execution of a non-collusion affidavit. Bid Security: Any person, firm or corporation who submits proposals MUST file with their proposals a Bond or Certified Check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) made payable to the Board of Public Works and Safety. To ensure faithful completion of the contract entered into with the City of Terre Haute by the successful bidder, said bidder will be required to give a Performance Bond due at the time of the execution of the contract, in the full amount of the contract price with sufficient surety thereon. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and waives technicalities as to procedures and to award a contract on the bid that, in its judgment, is the most advantageous to the City of Terre Haute, Indiana.
