Site work for a water / sewer project in Rittman, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed work consists of 15,385 feet pf waterline replacement, water services, and fire hydrant installation along C.R. 504 and Township Hwy 59. All bid forms, contract documents and plans are available through electronically Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier s check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Rittman. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wayne County and the City of Rittman, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614-644-2239. The City of Rittman, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. The engineer's estimate is $4,488,335.00.
