The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Work shall be as described in the Contract Documents. It shall include, but not limited to, the following general items of work in the Library: In Library Room 404: - Hazardous material abatement - Non-Structural Removals as indicated , including flooring, and any other item part of the whole component - Removal of built-ins, loose furniture as indicated. - Removal of electrical items as indicated, including light fixtures and abandoned conduits - New Non-Structural Glazed Partitions - New doors, frames and finish hardware - New soffits - Prime and paint all walls, ceilings and doors as indicated - Upgrade all interior finishes - New library custom millwork - New window shades - Upgrade of electrical / IT systems - New light fixtures - Incidental mechanical: replace ventilation grille - New Equipment by GC as indicated on drawings - New furniture, casework and equipment by SCA F & E (N.I.C.) In Fourth Floor Corridor: - New drinking fountains - Upgrade interior finish
