Reference number : 1692618 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of COMPTON requires tenders for: The supply, transport and leveling of MG20 B type gravel on certain municipal roads for a possible three years. The quantities required may vary between 11,000 MT and 16,999 MT per year. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the Electronic Tender System website (reference number 1692618) as of February 18, 2023. The fees are set according to the pricing established by the Electronic Tender System. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. The Municipality of Compton reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part.
