Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Wright Township Streets - Fox Run Estates Paving Project . The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, milling and paving, shoulder backup and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. Questions may be submitted through portal Questions tab on or before 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Responses will be provided via PORTAL to all registered parties. Wright Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of 60 days.
