Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jamestown, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Concrete Pavement, Paving - Concrete, Manhole Rehabilitation, Airport: Runways, Taxiways, Access Roads, Aprons The project will consist of: Airfield Concrete Pavement Repair and Manhole Repairs Interested firms will be provided with an overview of the proposed project and time frames. A visual observation of the area may be held at this time to provide interested firms the opportunity to obtain first-hand knowledge of services to be performed, to review existing conditions, and to obtain independent measurements and observations, prior to submitting a bid. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within thirty (30) working days. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $3,000.00 for each working day that the Contractor shall be in default of the time specified. Solicitation: EC22-00-026.01
