Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of April 12, 2023, project was awarded to Christ Brothers Asphalt, awarded amount is $1,424,603.64. Project consists of HMA pavement resurfacing, full depth stamped colored PCC pavement, PCC sidewalk, ADA ramps, PCC pavement, aggregate base, curb and gutter, pavement markings, pedestrian and traffic signal improvements, and related necessary items to complete the project. All bids shall be returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the Bidder, and marked "BID PROPOSAL FOR THE SHOPPES AT ST. CLAIR SQUARE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT" on the envelope. The envelope must be addressed to the attention of Land Use Department, c/o City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. This project does require prequalification, the (2) apparent as read low bidders must file within 24 hours after the letting an "Affidavit of Availability" (Form BC 57) in triplicate, showing all uncompleted contracts awarded to them and all low bids pending award for Federal, State, County, Municipal and private work. One (1) original shall be filed with Awarding Authority and two (2) originals with the IDOT District Office. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure.
