A. Bidder is cautioned to bid only on the Brands or Standards specified. B. Bid prices shall be valid for one (1) year from date of contract with the option of negotiating an additional year to expire two (2) years from date of contract. C. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. D. No bid will be allowed to be withdrawn for any reason after it has been opened. E. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City at the time of the bid opening. F. Any bid proposal for supplying chemicals for use in potable water treatment must meet NSF 60 or 61 Standards. MSDS sheets must accompany bid. G. Bids will be received by the City on any one, all, or combination of line items. H. Contracts will be awarded in the manner most advantageous to the City. I. Bid prices shall include cost for delivery to either the Water or Wastewater Treatment Plant, as listed in the material specifications. J. Bidders are advised to visit the Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant sites prior to submitting a bid to become familiar with the chemical unloading facilities. K. Bid Quantities listed are More or Less.
