Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a new parking lot at the existing Rotary Park site including grading, concrete curbing, curb and gutter, flat work, sidewalks, and asphalt paving and striping. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of a new parking lot at the existing Rotary Park site. The Parking Lot shall consist of but not limited to sitework with grading, proof-rolling subbase, concrete curbing, curb and gutter, flat work, sidewalks, vehicle concrete area with dumpster enclosure, vehicle concrete parking lot access, road base, and asphalt paving and striping. Sub-base to the parking lot area shall be by others. Work also includes providing all required permits, testing agency services, construction surveying and control, as-built survey and redline documentation, development and implementation of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), demolition of some existing curb and gutter, and any other items identified on the plans and not specifically referenced herein.
