Through this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the Waterbury Development Corporation ("WDC") with the permission of the City of Waterbury (the "City") is seeking a qualified design firm (the "Consultant" or "proposer") to produce a set of drawings and specifications to be engineered to show a new water service (part 1) and new electrical service (part 2) to a building located at 400 Captain Neville Drive Waterbury, CT 06705. This RFP seeks a Design Firm that is pre-qualified with DAS to perform certain engineering work for the plans (including layouts and details), specifications, and construction administration services for a new water service and electrical service from Austin Road to the existing building located at 400 Captain Neville Drive specifically to the Drew Marine facility. The agreement period for any contract or purchase order resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be: Part 1 milestone to be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days from WDC's Notice to Proceed; and Part 2 milestone to be completed within 65 consecutive calendar days from WDC's Notice to Proceed The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
