That project has been put on hold until the roof gets replaced. Escambia County Exterior Residential Painting Program is seeking quotes for a single-family residential painting project located at 213 Topeka Road, Pensacola. FL 32514. This job is for exterior paintwork only to include whole house pressure wash and standard prep. The County will provide all paint material. Mandatory on-site, pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 8:15 A.M. Contractor must be certified as per EPA Renovation, Repair and Paint (RRP).
