A copy of the tender documents (specifications) as well as the tender forms can be obtained via the website, from Friday February 17, 2023. The City of Coaticook does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders that will have been received or to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The City may, if it is advantageous for it to do so, disregard any lack of conformity of the tender if this lack does not violate the rule of equality between the tenderers.
