You are invited to bid on a General Contract for the Omaha Elementary HVAC Upgrades project located at 522 W College Rd., Omaha, Arkansas, here in after termed Owner. The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Owner, unless designated to another entity, supervises the bidding and awarding of all construction contracts, approves contracts, change orders, requests for payment and ensures that onsite inspections are accomplished.
