The North Little Rock School District (Nlrsd) Invites Your Proposal for Lightspeed Sound System, Both Ceiling-mount and Portable, Software, Installation/configuration, and Professional Development Along With All Related Components Lightspeed Sound System. The District Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Responses and Waive Any Irregularities or Formalities in Proposals Received. The District Reserves the Right to Negotiate With the Apparent Acceptable Company. Awards Will Be Based on Those Considerations That Are in the Best Interest of the District and Will Be Made to the Responsive, Responsible Offeror Whose Proposal is Judged to Be the Most Effective and Economical for the Purpose Intended, According to the Requirements Stated in the Request for Proposal. Question Deadline 02/28/2023 at 9:00 AM CT Installation/Mounting: - Maps are marked for existing, new, existing cart and new cart. - For existing panels: panels are currently mounted in this location. - For new panels: this will be a first-time mount. - For existing carts: unit/cart must be disposed of and replaced with new cart/panel. - For new carts: new location for cart/panel. - Wall mount locations will be approximately a 50/50 split between brick and drywall. -Existing panel locations have a VESA mount installed and can be reused at the discretion of the installer. - Existing panel locations have two (2) HDMI connections, Cat5 ethernet with USB adapter and one (1) Cat6 ethernet drop, which must all be reconnected to the panel at the time of installation. - Any additional configuration needed must be performed. - Installation may only take place in the summer school hours or any other time students are not present. An installation schedule must be provided after PO is issued. Warranty A 5-year warranty is listed on Attachment 1 for pricing. Vendors must also present an option for a 7-year warranty which is preferred. Professional Development Vendor is responsible for providing professional development plan as part of the RFP response and to include materials and trainer for each session after installation is complete and at a time mutually agreed on by the District and Vendor. Storage/Cleanup A central storage location is not available on District property. Units must either be delivered to the site within one (1) to two (2) days of the scheduled installation or a central storage location must be provided by the Vendor and included as a line-item cost on Attachment 1. NLRSD employees are not responsible for unloading trucks. Vendor is required to dispose of old equipment and all trash. NLRSD employees are not responsible for removing any packaging nor can Vendor dispose of trash in District dumpsters. Pricing must include taxes and shipping.
