The project consists of constructing Jet A Fuel System Improvements at Bay City Regional Airport for the City of Bay City. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, testing, calibration, supervision, and planning for the removal and replacement of the airport's Jet A fuel system, complete and in place. The Jet A fuel system replacement consists of removing and disposing of the existing fuel system; and engineering, providing, installing, and commissioning a replacement fueling system for the Jet A fuel supply: complete and operational for use. Jet A fuel system is to include skid, plumbing to connect to existing piping for above-ground tank and offload cabinet, pump(s), valves, meters, electrical wiring, controls, hoses, grounding, safety controls, and cabinet to enclose the system. Flows are to be metered and, for overwing fueling, communicated to an existing M-4000 self-serve payment kiosk. City will provide a bonding reel and cable with appurtenances for installation into cabinet.
