The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 589A4-22-100, Relocate Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to 4th Floor, located at the Harry S. Truman Medical Center, Columbia, MO. This requirement is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 15.101-2 Best Value Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. General Construction, size standard 39.5 Million. Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the Proposal Instructions to Offerors will not be considered. Estimate of the construction magnitude for this project: $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. Vendor SAM UEI Number:_________________________________________ The Pre-Proposal meeting and site visit will be held in person at the Harry S Truman VAMC, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, Missouri starting at 10:00am CDT on April 13, 2023. Contractors are to meet at the facilities office Building 21 Trailer. It is the contractor's responsibility to make sure the proposal is received by the contracting officer. Public Law (PL 105-339) Section 1354 provides that no agency may enter into a contract with a contractor who has not filed a VETS-4212 report for the preceding fiscal year under title 38 Section 4212 (d). The Project period of Performance is 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is to Relocate Physical Medicine Rehabilitation to the 4th floor of Building 1 at Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia, MO. The 4 thfloor area vacated by the inpatient medical ward, approximately 17,300 SF, will be renovated for relocation of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Prosthetics services currently located on the 2ndfloor. This project will have a direct connection to the adjacent, recently designed PainManagement and Rehabilitation department, also located on 4th floor.
