As of July 13, 2023, a design team was awarded. Per owner, they are in the beginning stages of design. There is currently no timeframe on when any of the projects will be bid or construction. Question Acceptance Deadline 03/15/2023 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Zephyrhills is requesting qualifications from interested firms, licensed in the State of Florida, to provide Professional Engineering/Consulting for Design/Construction Services at the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport. This will be for services in additional to the current firm the City has a contract with. Some of the projects would be the Design and construction of a new 5000-8000 FBO Terminal; two box hangers; taxiway; Runway 1-19 Rehab. Purchase Type Term: 04/10/2023 06:00 PM EDT - 04/09/2028 06:00 PM EDT The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
