Remodeling of two (2) Bathrooms at Fire Station #43 per the specifications as outlined by the District. The successful bidder will be the lowest responsible bidder for a contract to provide the District with the remodeling of two (2) bathrooms at Fire Station #43, located at 26064 S. Dixie Highway in Crete IL, based upon a specification sheet which is available at the offices of the Crete Township Fire Protection District. Bidder/Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all local, state and federal regulations pertaining to this project including the State of Illinois law and Will County Illinois pertaining to prevailing wage. Remove ail tile from floors, light fixtures in ceiling, ceiling tile and grid. Install the following: New copper plumbing supply lines from main feed to following fixtures: One new wall mount type toilet 1 gallon per flush with seat (white) One new urinal wall mount with automatic flush valve (white) One new sink with faucet One showerhead and valve control One new 40-gallon electric hot water heater (in back storage room) Saw cut concrete to install drain for shower area. Replace drain pipes as needed. Install 5' wall between toilet and shower area to create shower area 3'x5' with curtain rod. Install insulation in all walls prior to drywail Install all new dry wall on all walls approx. 400 sqft, including mud and tape. Install new drop ceiling approx. 112 sqft, 2'x2' insulated tiles Install two- 2'x4' florescent light fixtures in ceiling; one can light with exhaust fan above shower area Install new electrical light switches and gfci outlet Install 36" base cabinet with 6' counter top, sink in counter top handicap accessible (sink not over base cabinet) Install new 4' mirror Install Subway tile as wanes coating around perimeter of room 4' up from floor with a metal edge, Approx. 128 sqft of tile. 3"xl2" white tile Install new tile floor approx. 112 sqft with two stainless steel floor drains. Tile to be 12"xl2" Reinstall current speaker in ceiling Install paper towel holder, toilet paper holder, soap dispenser, towel bar, grab bars.
