Renovation of a water / sewer project in Garden, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTIONOFWORK: includes but is not necessarily limited to the removal and replacement of two pumps, water meter, two pressure tanks, water heater, utility sink/faucet/drain, emergency eye/shower unit, ladder repair, 3 tank hatches, blowoff valve unit, check valve, outside spigot, multiple sample taps with drain collection piping, three tank vent pipe, Link Seal units on all tank pipe penetrations, necessary electrical, pex piping, 1/4 turn brass valves with unions on both sides, pipe insulation and associated accessories. COVID 19 Precautions: 1. Depending on the project location, individuals may be required to wear masks to attend meetings and for a firm to be eligible to submit bids / quotations / proposals. Bring and be prepared to wear a mask if required upon arrival. Requirements may change at any time and any updated guidance must be followed Please email the Design and Construction Contract Specialists if you are having SIGMA VSS issues.
