Should there be any discrepancies between the Contract terms and conditions, the General Conditions, or the Supplemental General Conditions of this Document as compared to the additional terms and conditions (other than technical specifications) as shown in the additional Technical Specification Documents, then this Document takes precedent. Should there be any discrepancy between the included Plans and Drawings and the other Project Manual Documents (including technical specifications) then the Plans and Drawings shall take precedence. Location: TUMBLEWEED ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1.The General Contractor for this contract shall be responsible to provide all labor and materials necessary to provide for the complete and full execution of all work as delineated in the contract documents. Scope of work includes all bid addendum requirements and all reasonable patch, repair, and preparation of systems, surfaces, & sub surfaces that would normally be observed during the requisite mandatory job walk inspection(s) made, and observed conditions recognized by the Contractor. The General Contractor shall be responsible for coordination and scheduling of all work.
