E-COMM is issuing this Request for Proposals to select a qualified and experienced company to provide Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Services at its Vancouver location. All communications related to this RFP are to be in writing, should indicate the RFP number, and are to be directed only to the Authorized Contact Person. Proponents must not attempt to communicate with any employee, contractor or representative ECOMM, including members of the evaluation committee about the Services described in this RFP. Last day to submit questions March 6, 2023 E-COMM will pay the Contractor, in full payment and reimbursement for providing the Services, the fees and expenses (if any) set out in Schedule "B" and the Contractor hereby accepts the same as payment in full for all Services provided by the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for determining whether any goods or services provided are subject to GST pursuant to the Excise Tax Act R.S.C., 1985, c. E-15 or PST pursuant to the Provincial Sales Tax Act [SBC 2012] Chapter 3, and the Contractor's invoices shall itemize all taxes as separate line items. The Contractor will assist E-COMM in the recovery of any GST credits and will support any requests for tax interpretations or rulings that may assist E-COMM in reducing expenses. The Contractor shall apply for and immediately on receipt remit to E-COMM any refund or remission of federal or provincial tax or duty with respect to any items which E-COMM paid for under the provisions of this Contract.
