**As of April 1, 2023, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Calimesa, California ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to relevel the City Hall and City Hall Annex buildings located at 908 Park Avenue, Calimesa, CA 92320. The successful contractor ("Contractor") will furnish, install and provide all materials needed to provide a complete project. All areas of City Hall shall be returned to their original condition, including removal of all debris and cleaning within all work areas prior to the end of the Contractor's work shift. The contract work for this project shall consist of the re-leveling of the City Hall and Annex Buildings. Blocks and piers shall be installed as needed to accomplish this task. Any damaged jacks or blocks shall be replaced. Licenses and Permits The Contractor shall have in full force and effect all licenses required by law for the performance of the services described in the scope of work for the entire duration of the project. The Contractor shall obtain a City Business license and any required building permits prior to the City issuing the notice to Proceed. The current annual fee for a Business License is Fifty-Two Dollars ($52.00). Engineer's Estimate: $13,300
