Oregon State University - Bid Package A - Gilkey Hall Renovation Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for Oregon State University is soliciting bids for the construction of the Gilkey Hall Renovation in Corvallis, Oregon. The scope of work for Bid Packages A will encompass the complete Gilkey Hall Renovation scope. The scopes will include: Demolition, Structural Concrete, Metal Framing and Drywall, Rough Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork, Roofing, Door, Frame and Hardware, Storefront and Glazing, Flooring, Miscellaneous Specialties, Window Coverings, Earthwork and Utilities, Elevator, Site Concrete, Fencing, and Landscaping All proposers must comply with the following requirements: Prevailing Wage Law, ORS 279C.800-279C.870, Licensed with Construction Contractors Board ORS 671.530. Bidder shall indicate Resident Status per ORS 279A.120. If Required, Bidders must obtain business licenses to perform work in Corvallis, OR prior to mobilizing on jobsite. Bids will not be considered unless received by the due date, and fully completed in the manner provided by the "Instructions to Bidders" and with all inclusions clearly marked on the Lease Crutcher Lewis bidding website. **Estimate Value listed is for the Total Project
