The Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of Middletown, NY, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids on two separate requests: A. PAINTS AND WALL COATINGS 2023-2024 and The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid and to accept or reject any bid or any part of any bid deemed in the best interest of the taxpayers of the Middletown City School District. All bidders are required to acknowledge the School District's Sales and Use Tax Exempt Status and the requirement for all NYS DOL Article 8, construction, and Article 9, building services contractors to pay Prevailing Wages as determined by the NYS Department of Labor.
