Scope of Work: General. a. All materials are to be installed at or above manufacture's specifications and requirements. b. All work is to meet or exceed all applicable building codes. c. Obtain any necessary permits from the City of Canandaigua 2. Apartment A. a. Flooring: i. Install Luxury Vinyl Plank Pro Core Plus flooring in all rooms including entry way and stairs, Item #1857681, color Charleston Oak. ii. Installation to include bullnose for stairs, quarter round and 1" x 6" base trim. b. Kitchen: i. Install plumbing and electrical (including electric for oven, refrigerator and microwave) in accordance with the new kitchen layout. ii. Install new cabinetry, base trim, sink, faucets, cabinet hardware and microwave oven. Provide cabinets with self-closing drawer slides in base cabinets; remove existing drawer slides and install self-closing drawer slides where necessary. iii. Install tile backsplash between base cabinets and top cabinets (approximately area of 15 feet long by 1.6 feet high). iv. Owner to select all components. c. Doors: i. Install three new pre-hung solid core wood interior doors with necessary door hardware. ii. Install one new metal exterior door with necessary door hardware at the street level entrance to the entrance stairs. iii. Owner to select all components d. Trim: i. Install new wood 1" x 4" trim at all doors and windows. ii. Owner to select all components 3. Apartment B. a. Flooring: i. Install Luxury Vinyl Plank Pro Core Plus flooring in all rooms including entry way and stairs, Item #1857681, color Charleston Oak. ii. Installation to include bullnose for stairs, quarter round and 1" x 6" base trim. iii. Level floor as needed to make an acceptable installation. b. Bathroom: i. Install tile shower (30" wide x 60" long x 96" high). ii. Install vanity, vanity top, mirror, sink, faucets, and toilet. iii. Owner to select all components. c. Kitchen: i. Install plumbing and electrical (including electric for oven, refrigerator and microwave) in accordance with the new kitchen layout. ii. Install new cabinetry, base trim, sink, faucets, cabinet hardware and microwave oven. Provide cabinets with self-closing drawer slides in base cabinets; remove existing drawer slides and install self-closing drawer slides where necessary. iii. Install tile backsplash between base cabinets and top cabinets (approximately area of 27 feet long by 1.6 feet high). iv. Owner to select all components.
