Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
For the construction of the Theatrical & Audio-Visual Upgrades for: RHS Performing Arts & Blackbox Classroom and HHS Performing Arts Bids for the Rogers Public Schools Performing Arts Center Upgrades. Milestone Construction Company, LLC will be accepting specialty contractor and supplier proposals for the above referenced projects for the Rogers School District. We invite you to bid on any Bid Package in which you specialize. All bids received shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements listed in the construction specifications. Bids will be received for Bid Package 01A & 26A. All bids received shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Proposal Procedure listed in the project specifications. Bids must be based on a lump sum contract and submitted on the supplied bid form. The bid form and packages may be obtained from Milestone Construction Company. Bids will not be opened publicly. Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive and responsible bid will be required to execute a contract with Milestone Construction Company, LLC. Bidders must be prepared to provide insurance as specified in the Construction Management Manual portion of the bidding documents. A 5% Bid Bond or cashier's check is required with the bid if bid exceeds $70,000. Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State as well as all other applicable State & Federal statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on the day of bid opening. Bidders must acknowledge all addenda on the bid proposal form. By providing a bid, your firm accepts the obligation to honor the bid for a period of 60 days after the bid opening. Milestone Construction Company & Rogers Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Milestone Construction Company encourages all small, minority, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
