The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7, Acquisition Management Branch, is seeking information from firms interested in providing services for the packaging, staging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste at a qualified permitted incineration facility. This contract will support EPA Region 7's Superfund and Emergency Management Division (SEMD) and their Emergency Response, Planning, and Preparedness (ERPP) branch in fulfilling EPA's mission to protect human health and the environment. INSTRUCTIONS TO INTERESTED PARTIES In addition to the details provided above, contractors are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received, or to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Information submitted to US EPA in response to this RFI will not be considered adequate responses for any future solicitation(s). Information submitted to US EPA in response to this RFI will not be considered in the evaluation(s) of any future solicitation(s). Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services described above are invited to submit a response to this RFI/Sources Sought notice. The response must be received on or before Friday, March 2, 2023, 12:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST). All responses to this notice must be submitted electronically via FedConnect; email and/or mailed paper responses will not be accepted. Cover Page: The response must include one (1) cover page that includes at least all the following basic information about each contractor. a. Contractor Name b. Contractor Point of Contact c. Recent and Relevant Work History: The response must include no more than two (2) pages summarizing recent and relevant work that is the same as, or similar to, the services noted above. a. Recent is defined as projects in which work has been completed within the last five (5) years. b. Relevant is defined as projects with a magnitude greater than $10,000.00. c. Work experience may have been for contracts and/or task or delivery orders performed for federal government, for state or local governments, or private (non-governmental) clients. d. Referenced projects must include contract number and/or order number, a brief narrative description of the work, the period of performance (or delivery dates), and current and operating client point of contact, including a name, title, phone number, and email address. 3. Technical Capability Statement: The response must include no more than two (2) pages demonstrating the contractor's technical capability to perform the work. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
