The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to: 1. Incorporate RFI responses utilizing the Attachment 2 RFI Log. 2. Incorporate changes to Attachment 3 MACC TO Procedures, Attachment 4 Self Scoring Worksheet, Attachment 16 AF 3052 BLANK, and Attachment 17 based upon RFI responses. 3. Add Attachment 18 Luke AFB Master Specs 2022. The Multiple Award Construction Contract is designed to provide a flexible, competitive, and responsive contractual capability to perform design build and bid-build construction work at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ and Luke AFB, AZ. The purpose of the MACC is to supplement the construction program. The MACC is suited for work in the general construction category to include maintenance, repair, alterations, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, and earthwork. Work may involve renovation projects as well as new construction of buildings or facilities to include some or all of the elements of work above. B. The total MACC Program shall not exceed a ceiling of $350 Million over the performance period. C. Contract performance is one 60 month base period, followed by two 12 month option periods. D. This is a competitive Small Business Administration 8(a) Set-Aside. Five (5) awards will be made, with five (5) additional contractors being selected for potential on-boarding. 10 USC 2304(c)(5) is the authority for use of other than full and open competition. The assigned SBA Requirement Number is FA1699980900Y. E. Sections K, L,L and M will be physically removed from the resultant award, but will be deemed incorporated by reference in the award. F. See FAR Clause 52.236-27. No site visit will be conducted for this solicitation. Future site visits will be scheduled at the individual task order level. G. RFIs are due no later than 28 May 2024 at 12:00PM PDT (Arizona Local). H. Proposals are due no later than 20 June 2024 at 12:00PM PDT (Arizona Local) utilizing the PIEE Solicitation Module as instructed in Section L of this solicitation.
