Department of Public Works, Presidio of Monterey, California is seeking current relevant experience, personnel, and capability to perform removal, disposal and installation of VCT at Bldg #650 Barracks facility in accordance with applicable Unified Guide Facilities Specifications. NOTE: All buildings will be occupied during construction however, the contractor's proposed schedule will be negotiated with the Contracting Officer or their designated representative to clear sections of the building of tenants and personal belongings in order to allow for work to proceed. Room furniture will be moved by US Government personnel prior to work being initiated. The work to be performed under this contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with a corresponding Size Standard of $45 million. The proposed contract will be through the completion of the projected estimated at 150 days after delivery of contract. The disclosure of the of magnitude of this project is provided in accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204 and is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.
