Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 The Project Manager, Montérégie-Est Integrated Health and Social Services Center , having its head office at 2750 boulevard Laframboise, St-Hyacinthe (Québec) J2S 4Y8, is requesting tenders for the construction work of the project mentioned in the title. The Montérégie-Est Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSSME) is a result of the grouping of the Richelieu-Yamaska, Pierre-Boucher and Pierre-de-Sorel Health and Social Services Centers (CSSS) as well as the Youth Center of the Monteregie. In total, there are more than 50 installations. (See the map and the list of the twenty-two (22) facilities of Lots 1 and 2 and their addresses in the Appendix, at the end of this document. The list is exhaustive, there may be additions or withdrawals of certain establishments ). As an indication, the CISSS du Montérégie-Est, represented here by the Technical Services Department (DST), plans to undertake asset maintenance work, functional renovations, maintenance and renovation of installations in terms of plumbing systems. in its facilities for Lots 1 and 2. This work may be carried out under the performance-on-demand contract. The total work is defined, per lot, annually as follows: Lot 1 - Saint-Hyacinthe and surrounding area: $150,000 ($300,000 for the duration of 2 years)
