Work includes site work, electrical, plumbing, communications, HVAC, security, structural and other diciplines. The current site is a parking lot. The facility is registered with USGBC and designed to meet federal High Perfomance Sustainable Building Critiera. The project will require tracking by the contractor to meet this criteria. The project contains special construction of a combat arms weapons vault. The base communications server will be relocated into this faciltiy during construction. Planning will be required to minimize the downtime of this important infrastructure of the base.
