St. Lucie County is seeking a consultant firm to procure an infrastructure inventory and condition assessment data collection project. The intended information includes items such as a Pavement Condition Index (PCI), International Roughness Index (IRI) data, and Structural Condition Index (SCI) of all County maintained roads and County maintained assets within the Rights of Way (ROW) in St. Lucie County, Florida, in accordance with ASTM D6433-20. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County.
