Request For Bids Alamosa Public Schools is seeking bids for construction of an Outdoor Freezer at Alamosa Elementary School K-2 located at 1707A West 10th Street, Alamosa, CO. The following is a list of the work required: 1) Provide and Install an 8 wide x 16 long x 10 high Outdoor rated freezer unit with (1) 36 lockable hinged door, vinyl strip curtain, (2) LED interior lights, diamond plate floor and interior and exterior walls to be embossed metal 2) Provide and Install Condenser--Evaporator and associated piping per manufacturer specifications, 3 phase motors required 3) Freezer to be prepped for remote temperature monitoring 4) Location to be selected by District 5) Install a concrete pad for secure mounting of new freezer and condenser. Must meet State of Colorado requirements for uplift, wind loads, live loads and snow loads 6) Install a concrete ramp for employee entrance into freezer 7) State of Colorado Building and Electrical permits REQUIRED with appropriate inspections and documentation 8) Provide and Install Roof membrane per manufacturers requirements 9) All bids are REQUIRED to be F.O.B Alamosa, Colorado 10) Bids are REQUIRED to be Not to Exceed PRICING 11) Alamosa School District will contract ALL electrical work for this project. Installer is REQUIRED to work with district electrician to assure installation meets factory requirements 12) Protect all district property while working on site-all damage will be deducted from contract 13) All on-site personnel must pass a background check (District must receive all copies prior to beginning work) 14) Portable restroom facilities to be included in bid.
