Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will consist of roadway overlay on E. Grandview Ave, W. Grandview Ave. and Green Alley. Work is to include asphalt milling, placement of 9.5 mm asphalt leveling course, placement of 9.5 mm asphalt wearing course, 19 mm asphalt binder course and base repair. Items for sweeping, installing utility risers and joint sealing around curbs, manholes, inlets, and valve boxes will be incidental to the project. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/22/2023 4:00 PM Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Sellersville. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. All current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Standards and Specifications will prevail over all standards and specifications included in this contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body project.
