GT Infrastructure & Sustainability, Design & Construction, is soliciting competitive sealed bids from Contractors for a project known as "Van Leer - ACM Abatement 4th and 5th Floors and Roof (Bid-Contract No. 1138-23/Project No. 0423-2022)" at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. Submit Questions/Requests for Clarifications by 2:00PM (EST) on March 13, 2023, to: mshelton35@gatech.edu The Van Leer Building (# 85) has experienced water leaks in the roof drain system over time. The project includes abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials as required for replacement of the roofing, roof drains, and associated piping throughout the 4 th and 5 th floors.The work includes the removal of asbestos-containing and contaminated materials (ACM) by a Contractor trained, knowledgeable, and qualified to perform the scope of work.
