The project includes a renovation of approximately 27,605 SQFT of the existing Central Piedmont Community College Harris I Building to house Cosmetology, Massage Therapy, Esthetics, Nails, Natural Hair, and Barbering programs. Architecture Firm is needed to provide Architectural and Engineering Design Services for proposed renovations at CPCC’s Harris Campus, Building 1, to provide spaces for Wellness Programs including Cosmetology, Nails, Natural Hair, Esthetics and Massage Therapy programs. Design Services will also include renovations to the existing Cosmetology Program spaces at CPCC’s City View Center to accommodate a new Barbering Program, after Cosmetology relocates to the Harris Campus. Total Project Budget for Renovations at both Locations: $20,000,000
