The successful Proposer shall prepare a five (5) to ten (10) year College Facility Needs Assessment and Strategic Alignment ("Assessments") for various TTU colleges. The Assessments should draw on broad program-based rationales primarily for the core campus and affiliated outlying research stations, where appropriate, and include physical ideas, concepts, and phasing strategies. TTU initially requests an Assessment for the Rawls College of Business Administration ("RCOBA") and the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources ("Davis College"), collectively referred to as "Services" throughout the RFP. The resulting Contract may be awarded to one or more Proposers. TTU reserves the right to expand the Services to additional colleges based on Proposals provided in response to this RFP. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
