Site work for a water / sewer project in Louisville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of April 28, 2023. The project has been awarded with the amount of $147,223.13. No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. A Utility Contractors License is not required for bidding. Any utility work performed on this contract must be performed by a contractor or sub contractor holding a valid State of Georgia Utility Contractors License and overseen by a state "Utility Manager." The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of: For removing and replacing 12 fire hydrants, installing 2 fire hydrants, and repairing 10 fire hydrants. Time allotted for construction is 60 consecutive calendar days for completion. Proposals for the complete work in one general contract shall be made on the proposal form provided and shall contain prices in words and figures for the work bid on. The difference between the deposit and the amount refunded represents the cost of reproduction. No refund will be made for documents received after 30 days or in damaged condition. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Specifications are open to public inspection at the office of the City of Louisville, Georgia. Copies of the specifications must be obtained from the City of Louisville, 1011 Peachtree Street, Louisville, Georgia 30434.
