Roosevelt General Hospital is intending to upgrade and add to the existing Operating Room Facilities at the Hospital Building located at 42121 US HWY 70, Portales, NM 88130. Current planning includes renovation of the existing Operating Room Suites, new construction of an Operating Room Suite addition, renovation for an ICU area, and related site development. Site Infrastructure improvements will include developing Electrical, Data Service, Gas, Water, Fire Protection and Sewer Services. An existing transformer and standby generator will need to be relocated and/or replaced. For Preconstruction Services for the following project: Roosevelt General Hospital Operating Room Addition and Renovation in Portales, New Mexico according to preliminary drawings prepared by McClain + Yu Architecture & Design. The project includes the following scope of work: 1. Renovation of Existing Operating Suite 2. Operating Room Suite Addition. 3. ICU Renovation 4. Related Site Development
