Check or Surety Company Bid Bond shall be made payable to the City of East Orange, NJ. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and purchase order. Proposal is to be enclosed in a sealed envelope and distinctly show the name of the Bidder and marked on the outside: SECOND RIVER CHANNEL PROPOSED RETAINING WALL REPLACEMENT All bids must be presented in quadruplicate on the Proposal Forms provided and bids not on the Proposal Forms so provided may be rejected. Appropriately checked literature must accompany each copy of the Proposal Form. Bids will be accepted by mail or may be delivered or presented at the date and time set at the place herein listed above. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 34-11 56.25 regulating wages on Public Works, Affirmative Action, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids due to any defects or for not adhering to the Specifications or for any reason or to waive informalities and accept any bid that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the City of East Orange.
