Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the construction of a 43,556-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Work under this contract consists of but not necessarily limited to the construction of Nunavut Recovery Centre in Iqaluit, as part of the overall Addictions and Trauma Treatment Plan for Nunavut. The centre will be approximately 4033m2, to be located across the street from Artic Winter Games Arena (AWG) down Bonfire Road and as noted in drawings and specifications.
