Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lebanon, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project consists of the construction of a new replacement elementary school for 300 students to be located on the same site as the existing Calvary Elementary School. The project will be phased to accommodate the operation of the existing school facility during construction. New construction will consists of masonry load-bearing walls with steel columns and beams in some locations, steel bar joists and light gage roof trusses. Exterior building materials will include masonry veneer, metal wall panels, metal roof panels and 2-ply SBS roof system. The HVAC system will be geothermal. The existing Calvary Elementary School will be demolished upon completion and occupation of the new facility. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. The last date for the Architect to receive items to be addressed in any addenda is March 16, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. EDT. All requests must be submitted to the Architect in writing Note from Redlee Construction: Redlee Construction is seeking M/EBE Contractor participation. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 3-20-2023.
