There is no anticipated start date for any of the projects at this time but all projects are anticipated to get completed by end of 2023. The work for this proposal being submitted consists of providing labor, materials, and equipment for the removal of an existing 5-foot-high chain-link fence and intermediate fence columns and the construction of a 1,750 LF 6-foot-high precast concrete panel sound buffer wall along NW 18th Street/Santa Monica Drive within an existing narrow corridor of the Cypress Cove Community Development District, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Construction stakeout, As-Builts, MOT, density & concrete tests, and before & after photographs will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The District will be responsible for all necessary permit fees. Proposals shall be prepared, addressed, and submitted in compliance with detailed instructions as set forth in the Contract Documents. QUESTIONS 3/03/23 The engineer's OPC for the Sound Buffer Wall construction was $503,910.70 plus an additional $129,439.08 for tree removals that are required for the installation.
