The Contractor shall: provide qualified manpower in sufficient quantity, taking into account that he may be called upon to work on several interventions at the same time; source and supply, as needed, the required materials that are not otherwise provided by the PUBLIC BODY; provide the tools, machinery, vehicles and other accessories that are necessary for the execution of the Works. The CONTRACTOR will be called upon to carry out Works of varying scope during renovation and/or improvement projects. The PUBLIC BODY's commitment is limited to the number of hours worked by the CONTRACTOR's resources and the costs incurred by the CONTRACTOR and provided for in the Contract. The value of the projects may vary up to an amount of $500,000 (plus taxes).
