The purpose of this Request for Services (RFS) is to solicit competitive proposals for supportive housing construction compliance and monitoring services. Q & A deadline: Feb 28, 2023 3:00:00 PM EST The Respondent must put the original proposal and seven (7) copies in a seal envelope or package. The envelope or package must have the name and address of the Respondent and the date of the RFS opening on the outside and be marked: Sealed Proposal RFS # 2211-009-JL, Supportive Housing Construction Compliance and Monitoring Services Do not open in mailroom. Proposals received in a format other than referenced in 5.1, or 5.2 will not be considered. Proposals may be modified by email notice if the notice does not include pricing information and is received prior to the time and date set for submission of proposals Information regarding the purchasing process, the contents of this RFS, or questions concerning the Scope of Services in Part II may be obtained from Jean Liburd, Travis County Purchasing Office, 700 Lavaca, Suite 800, Austin Texas 78701 Telephone (512) 854-4850 or jean.liburd@traviscountytx.gov.
