Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to repair and replace asphalt in the Doheney State Beach north day use area of approximately four-hundred sixty-thousand(460,000) square feet consisting of roads, parking lots, and walkways. Contract Term: One Year from Notice to Proceed Project Duration: Sixty (180) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This time includes ten (10) calendar days allowed for the contractor to prepare to begin work. Anticipated start date: October 16, 2023. 6% DVBE participation is required for this solicitation. A DVBE incentive will be given to bidders who provide DVBE participation above 6%. All bidders must meet the full participation requirement based on the total bid amount in order to be considered eligible.
