Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in El Centro, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract is the construction of Chlorine Conversion and Hypochlorite System, including all related necessary equipment and work, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls for the complete operation of the Chlorine Conversion and Hypochlorite System. Contractor shall furnish all, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and furnishing all labor, transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and perform all work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. CONTRACT TERM: Work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Q&A Deadline 03/10/2023 5:00 PM (PST) Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total Bid price payable to the City of El Centro as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. Liquidated Damages $1,500 per Calendar Day License Class A California Contractor's License
