Demolition and site work for a residential development in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Demolition of three properties within the City Limits. Questions Due : 3/2/2023 12:00:00 PM (CT) 1 st LOCATION: 308 N. Ohio Celina, TX 75009 *Contact Sharelyn Drummonds for directions, 469-217-9497 All debris resulting from demolition / cleanup operations shall be removed as it accumulates and shall not be allowed to be stored on site. o Debris shall not be burned on the site. o Demolition / clean up shall be conducted in a safe and workmanlike manner in accordance with all Federal, State, and local Laws. o All surplus materials removed shall become the property of the contractor and shall be removed from the premises unless otherwise agreed. o Entire lot shall be left in a mowable condition and have positive drainage that does not create pooling water. Additional dirt may be required to ensure positive drainage after foundations are removed. DISMANTLING OF ABOVE-GRADE STRUCTURES Dismantle main building with all parts removed from the site and disposed of, including timbers, concrete slabs, service walks & driveways, and footings. REMOVAL OF FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATIONS All footings, foundations, piers, grade beams and slabs shall be completely removed. Fill dirt is required to prevent pooling of water. Site shall be left with a positive drainage condition. EARTH-MOVING AND FILLING OF EXCAVATIONS Fill any excavations to the natural grade, spread or remove unnatural hills or mounds of earth. REMOVAL OF FENCING AND METAL POSTS All fencing, including posts and supports, shall be removed. REMOVAL OF TRASH / DEBRIS All trash, debris, rubbish and household items shall be removed. REMOVAL OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES All accessory buildings / structures and their foundations shall be removed. REMOVAL OF LANDSCAPING All stone, pavers, timbers, and dead landscaping shall be removed TIMELINE All work must be completed by March 30th, 2023. 2 nd LOCATION: 210 S Tennessee Celina, TX 75009 *Contact Sharelyn Drummonds for directions, 469-217-9497.
