Ohio Celina, TX 75009 *Contact Sharelyn Drummonds for directions, 469-217-9497 All debris resulting from demolition / cleanup operations shall be removed as it accumulates and shall not be allowed to be stored on site. o Debris shall not be burned on the site. o Demolition / clean up shall be conducted in a safe and workmanlike manner in accordance with all Federal, State, and local Laws. o All surplus materials removed shall become the property of the contractor and shall be removed from the premises unless otherwise agreed. o Entire lot shall be left in a mowable condition and have positive drainage that does not create pooling water. Additional dirt may be required to ensure positive drainage after foundations are removed. DISMANTLING OF ABOVE-GRADE STRUCTURES Dismantle main building with all parts removed from the site and disposed of, including timbers, concrete slabs, service walks & driveways, and footings. REMOVAL OF FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATIONS All footings, foundations, piers, grade beams and slabs shall be completely removed. Fill dirt is required to prevent pooling of water.
